Joseph leads BlackDombo International which is Whitney Paprika’s parent company. He has held senior positions in both the private and public sectors in Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom.

Apart from a zeal to make BlackDombo a successful employer and company, he has a passion is to see the agriculture value chain grow and become a major contributor to the country’s economy. He believes in #zimagricrising and knows that every one big or small has to play a part in restoring Zimbabwe to its former glory.
